How our charter arrangement works

The carrier, not us, is the operator and holds operational control of the flight. That means the carrier is responsible for the aircraft, crew, maintenance, and the safe conduct of the flight.

Neither we nor the operator can guarantee specific aircraft, tail numbers, or crew assignments until the flight is confirmed. Substitutions of similar or better aircraft may occur.
Taxes, fees, and additional charges
Quoted prices typically include the operator's base charge but may exclude federal excise tax, segment fees, international fees, crew overnight expenses, and other charges. These will be itemized in your final quote.
For international flights, customs and immigration fees, overflight permits, and handling charges may apply and will be passed through at cost. We will disclose all known charges before you book.
Limitation of liability
We are an agent, not the operator. We are not liable for any act, omission, or negligence of the operator, its employees, or agents. Our liability to you is limited to the commission we receive for arranging your flight.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. This does not affect any rights you may have against the operator under their contract or applicable law.
Your responsibilities under these terms
